My dad is a great guy who works really hard. My mom always says that if you can get him to sit down, he'll fall asleep. That's practically the truth, because sitting still is just not his strong suit. He is always doing something in the house or in the garage. There is almost always a home improvement project going on; otherwise, he is shampooing the carpet or building a set for my mom's classroom or doing yard work or walking the dog. The guy is always moving. But more importantly, he is always on the lookout for what he can do to better our family's life or serve others.
Here are a few pictures. I really don't have that many to show, unfortunately; none of these are very recent.

He loves being outdoors and got a kick out of the whale watching tour. We actually had an unusually successful day seeing whales that day. You can tell he's really enjoying himself in these pics:
